The International Association of Trampoline Parks is excited to be hosting its 6th Annual Conference & Trade Show. Meet indoor trampoline park, family entertainment center and sports/gymnastic center owners/operators, developers, franchisors, and more.

 

Our conference will officially kick off with our Meet & Greet Reception on Sunday, September 16th  in our exhibit area where you can introduce your products and services in a relaxed atmosphere as attendees stroll casually through the aisles of our growing trade show. We have expanded our space again, but we anticipate selling out quickly and space will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. IATP Members will be given preference until May 25, 2018.

On Sunday, September 16th we will offer Service Technician Training which is invaluable training geared towards the individuals in your park responsible for inspecting and maintaining the trampoline courts.  Educational sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday and trade show time kicks off on Sunday evening and runs straight through till Tuesday afternoon! The industry has grown, and continues to change and evolve.  This is the only conference in the US that is dedicated entirely to the indoor trampoline park industry. 

 

There will be a 2 booth limit, each booth measures 8 x 10 and includes a 6 foot table, 2 chairs and pipe and drape.

 

Once registered for the event you will receive an email from Steele Trade Shows with a web link to place stand customization orders and to order any additional items you might need.

Booth Fees 

 

$950 - 8 x 10 booth in the ballroom  SOLD OUT

$799 - 6 foot table 2 chairs with table cloth in the foyer (geared towards vendors who are informational in nature) SOLD OUT

 

** PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO IATP MEMBERS UNTIL MAY 25, 2018 - If you are NOT an IATP Member you will NOT be able to proceed with registration until MAY 25, 2018 **

 

**Please note if you would like to register for TWO booths, you need to save and add a second attendee**

 
Each Exhibitor registration includes:

Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the IATP, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

IATP Conference Policies

 

SETUP & TEARDOWN

Steele will setup on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 8-12 noon.  Exhibitors will have access to the venue to setup any additional items you have for display from 12 noon - 5 pm. Exhibitors expressly agree not to begin packing or dismantling their exhibit space until after 2:00pm Tuesday, September 18, 2018. 

 


OUTBOARDING
Outboarding is prohibited and is defined as marketing, sales and hospitality events conducted by exhibitors and others capitalizing on the presence of buyers and/or sellers attending the original show without previously notifying the original show organizer and finalizing an arrangement that benefits both parties. This practice is considered unethical. It includes practices such as "coat-tailing”, "piggy-backing”, co-location of events, and large scale hospitality events during any scheduled conference workshop, exhibit or social event. Violators will not be allowed to return to the IATP conference & trade show, and no refunds will be made.

 

 

IATP SUITCASING POLICY
Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibit hall, any attendees who are observed to be soliciting business and have not registered as an exhibitor on the exhibit floor or in the facility in which the IATP conference & trade show are taking place will be asked to return their conference attendee badges and to leave the facility immediately. Violators will not be allowed to return to the IATP conference & trade show, and no refunds will be made.

 

 

IATP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CODE OF CONDUCT
Any company displaying any materials, photographs or products which are not their legal property, or which they have not obtained appropriate permission to display at the IATP trade show, may be subject to legal action by the rightful owners of these materials, photographs, or products. Members who do not adhere to this code of conduct will forfeit their IATP membership and will be required to leave the trade show as well as prohibited from future IATP events.
