The perfect team is out there; you just don't know where to look or how to entice and draw them to you. Relevant leadership in search of a young workforce with great attitudes, smiles, energy, enthusiasm, and personality, give real meaning to your business. They set your facility apart from all others; by the way, they make your business "Pop." Its the secret ingredient that justifies the price you can charge, and how you achieve a highly desired, intangible, value-added guest experience. Your front line employee is the single most important element in determining satisfaction, personal wow and the desire to return for another visit. When guest expectations are met or exceeded they come back more often and go out and tell others about their experience. At the end of the day there are two relationships that matter. First is the relationship with the trampoline park guest and by that the trampoline park guest experience.  Second is the relationship with the stakeholders by that we mean the owner, lenders, brands and their focus on the financial health of the asset. This panel will discuss the latest options that make sense in the review of an existing asset to determine ways to enhance the guest experience and will discuss options for investment in the asset that will make it more efficient and profitable.  When a company acquires an asset, it does so with the intent to eventually sell the property for more than it paid including the improvements. A Systems-Based Approach to Risk Management at Trampoline Parks - Jon Heshka

Jon Heshka co-authored a book eight years ago about a system-based approach to managing risk in adventure programs which represents the next generation of thinking in the field. The approach to risk management has changed over the years from a litigation avoidance model (i.e. what must I do to not get sued) to a trigger-based model (i.e. the person responsible is the one who’s finger is on the trigger) to a systems-based approach that considers how the revolver ended up in the hand of the person ultimately holding it. This presentation briefly addresses most elements or sub-systems of risk management and focuses its attention on risk management during the four stages (pre-incident, active management, crisis management, post-incident) of a patron getting injured at a trampoline park.
