IATP 2018 Presentation Submission Guidelines

 
We appreciate your interest and willingness to share your knowledge and expertise.

Please use these guidelines when completing your Presenter Submission Form. Please note that all fields are required and must be filled out for your submission to be reviewed by the Education/Program Committee.

Proposals will be considered based on their relevance to the indoor trampoline park industry, content quality, and experience of the presenter.

All presentation submissions are due no later than May 1, 2018.
You will be notified by the end of May 2018 if your session proposal has been selected. Presenter will receive one complimentary badge for the two-day conference.

Presenter/Facilitator: Provide lead presenter's full name and contact information.

Job Title: Provide lead presenter's position at organization.

Company: Indicate Primary Employer

Biography: In 100 words or less, briefly describe your background and expertise. Keep in mind that excerpts from your biography may be used to introduce you. If there is more than one speaker, please provide a biography for each in the File Upload.

Other Presenters: Full names of any co-presenter(s).

 

Presentation Information

 

Title: Choose a title that is clear, concise, and intriguing. Capture the essence of your topic. Many attendees will decide whether or not to attend your session based on the title of your presentation.


Short Description: In 200 words or less, describe the information or activities that will engage the participants. Explain how they will benefit from the session and identify the specific knowledge or skills they will take away from your presentation. Indicate the audience experience level to which your workshop is geared, and list any prerequisites for participation in your session. This is what will be published in the program and on the conference webpage.

 

File Upload: Expand on your presentation proposal in a text document, MS Word or PDF. Please include all the above information, along with co-presenter biographies and details on presentation techniques.

 

Audio Visual: Please note that all rooms will be equipped with a projector, screen, and microphone. Additional resources may be available (e.g. whiteboard), so please include these requests along with details in your proposal as we may be able to assist. Items not indicated may be available for an additional fee.

If your workshop is accepted, you will be asked to sign a Speaker's Agreement.
